I’m Kat (she/her), a neurodivergent therapist and educator working with adults and teenagers, 13+.

I offer genuine specialism in neurodivergence, informed by 10+ years of experience working with neurodivergent people, a Level 7 in Autism & ALN, and personal lived experience of neurodivergence. 

You should be able to access effective and affirming therapy and training, delivered by an experienced person who (really) gets it.
