Course facilitator, Cardiff University
Jan-March 2026

  • I worked with Cardiff University special collections staff to plan, resource and deliver an 8-week creativity and wellbeing course for LGBTQ+ individuals.

  • To help participants explore the role of creativity for wellbeing, I cultivated a psychologically safe and supportive environment using therapeutic and trauma-informed approaches.

  • I collaborated with guest artists to create workshops that both allowed the artists to shine and the participants to experience a sense of continuity across the course.

  • By working closely with staff to debrief and work with feedback, we were able to deliver a course that was responsive to the needs of the participants.
