Welcome to my office!
As well as written instructions about how to get to the offices (scroll down), I have also provided a video tour here!

Getting to the office
I want you to feel as comfortable as possible on your first visit/s to my office. Below is some helpful information, but please also email me at: kat@samepage.org.uk if you have any questions.
Office Address:
43 Charles Street
Cardiff
CF10 2GB
My office is on the 2nd (top) floor of the Quaker Meeting House in Cardiff. I am not affliated with the Quakers organisation, they simply hire out offices above their meeting room!
The building is very close to St David’s Shopping Centre, and I would recommend parking here for accessibility and security, though there are many other carparks nearby.
The building is also close to Queen Street train station, and walkable to Cardiff Central also, as well as a variety of bus stops. Taxis and cars can drop off outside of the building.
I am in Room 10, on the second (top) floor.
Where is the office?
This is what the building looks like from the street:
This is where the building is on Google Maps:
How do I get into the building?
On your first visit, I will come down and meet you at the door once you ring the bell. I will walk you up to the office so that you can find it when you next attend.
My doorbell number is ‘10’ (the same as my room number) and it says ‘Kat Roberts/Same Page’ next to my doorbell.
When you press the doorbell, I will greet you over the intercom and you can let me know you are here for your appointment.
The door makes a long beep noise when it is open, as a security feature. Once the door is closed, this sound stops. I recommend headphones or earplugs if you find these noises difficult.
Here is the doorbell system, with an arrow pointing to my doorbell.
The Quaker Meeting House is usually a calm and quiet space. You will not need to speak to a receptionist.
How do I use the intercom system?
From your second session onwards, I will use the intercom system to let you into the building and you can make your way up the stairs to my office yourself.
Press my doorbell (number 10) and let me know you are here. I will electronically unlock the door from the intercom system in my office, and let you in.
Head straight up the stairs, all the way to the top floor. Here, you will find a small waiting area, and a toilet (which I will show you during our first session). Feel free to take a seat, I will come and get you when your appointment starts.
I politely ask that you do not ring my doorbell more than 10 minutes before your appointment, so that it does not disrupt another client’s appointment.
Here is a video of the journey from front door to my office space!
How do I leave the building?
For your first few sessions, I will guide you back down the stairs and out of the building.
Once you feel confident you can leave the building without help, you are welcome to make your own way down the stairs and out of the building.
You will be able to let yourself out of the building, and you will not need have to talk to anyone on the way out.
Listen for the beep sound to stop when you leave the building. This means the door is securely closed.
Here is a video of the way out of the building:
